Shipping policy

Our grills ship LTL freight delivery within the Continental USA, therefore the shipping amount shown at checkout is an estimate only. Shipping costs are based upon on your location and the item weight and dimensions. Should the actual cost be lower than the  amount shown in checkout, you will reimbursed.  Alternatively if it is more expensive, there would be an additional charge. At that time you of course have the option not to proceeed with the purchase.  For these reasons, we'd advise that you please contact us for a detailed shipping quote prior to ordering online.  At that time we will also need to add U.S. tariffs on Canadian imports that are currently fluctuating. 

Our products will leave our warehouse in Vaughan, ON Canada, once shipping arrangements have been confirmed with you.   You should expect 2 to 3 week delivery time depending on your location and customs. Remote deliveries will of course take more time. We can email you with specific delivery time estimates once we have confirmation from our shipping brokerage.  Border crossing, given the current situation, may delay intended delivery schedule. We will certainly keep you informed as to all aspects of the delivery process, to ensure a safe and speedy delivery of your Kota Grill to the best of our ability.
